My Eighth Lesson with Ms. Noor Azura (part one)

Date : 5th August 2009 (Wednesday)

Time : 11.00am-12.30pm

Place : DKG 3/9, UUM

The class today is going on smoothly since it is on the right track. Smart organization is what our lecturer discusses today. I am really shocked by the information conveyed by Ms. Azura. I don’t ever know that Malaysia has put in such efforts in order to push our government to encounter the fast-pacing world.

MyEG portal is a company that provides the electronic link between the Malaysian Government and citizens/businesses, allowing Malaysians to dynamically interact with numerous government agencies providing services ranging from information searches to license applications.

I do search this article and I would like to share with my dear friends.

“Many Malaysian and non-Malaysian are not aware of the services offered by the MyEG portal. MyEG is a Malaysian company incorporated back in 17 February 2000. The main web site can be found at www.myeg.com.my. There are many services available at MyEG that can make your life easier.” (Written by Will Yap, http://driving-school.com.my/online-services/5-reasons-why-you-should-use-myeg/)

All you have to do is enter your personal details inclusive of your vehicle registration number and press the “Confirm” button. If there is summon on your vehicle, you will see what, where and when the summon was issued. As an added benefit, you can also settle the summon via credit card online transaction on a secured server.

This is another abstract that I retrieve from http://www.myeg.com.my/.

MyEG Services Berhad is a concessionaire for the Malaysian E-Government MSC Flagship Application. Our role as a Service Provider for the E-Services component essentially provides the electronic link between the Government and citizens/businesses.

Through our portal, we offer the Malaysian public a single point of contact between the Government and the people it serves. This portal enables Malaysians to dynamically interact with numerous agencies within the Federal, State and the Local Government machinery providing services ranging from information searches to license application.

To cater the services which require physical presence/interaction, MyEG has set up E-Service Centres located throughout the country to complement our online presence. We believe that through this dual approach, we can enhance the relationship and quality of interaction between the Government of Malaysia and its citizens.
